TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DISCOUNTED RETAIL SALES TO AMANSANTIS
Aman Essentials encourages Amansantis to bring the Aman experience into their daily lives. The following are the terms and conditions on which we make discounted products available to you. These terms and conditions supplement the general sales terms and polices of Aman Essentials, which are available at [https://shop.aman.com/terms-and-conditions/]. In case of conflict or inconsistency with those general terms and policies, these terms and conditions take priority.
Within these terms and conditions, “Amansanti” refers to full-time and part-time staff (including both employees and contractors) of any Aman, Janu or OKO corporate office. Amansantis must have an active Aman, Janu or OKO employee ID to be eligible for the discounts.
AD HOC SPECIAL SALES VIA SHOP.AMANSANTI.COM
1. Eligibility
1.1. Special Sales are available only to Amansantis working in an Aman, Janu or OKO corporate office, irrespective of contract type (employee or contractor) who have passed their probation period. Property staff are not eligible.
2. Special Sale Details
2.1. Special Sales are conducted on an ad hoc basis via shop.amansanti.com. No representation is made as the number or type of items available.
2.2 The prices are as stated and no additional discounts, including the STAFF30 code, apply.
3. Access to Special Sales
3.1. Amansantis wishing to access the Special Sales must activate their user account at shop.amansanti.com using their aman.com, janu.com or okogroup.com email address and according to any instructions provided.
3.2. Access to the Special Sales is personal to the Amansanti; sharing login detail or otherwise facilitating access to the Special Sales by others, including non-Amansantis, family and friends, and non-eligible colleagues is prohibited.
4. Returns and Exchanges, other terms and conditions of sale
4.1. Items purchased in Special Sales are sold on an “as is” basis: we will, on a best efforts basis, disclose any known issues with an item (short date, slight damage, factory seconds etc) in the item description. Please note that item descriptions (including product name and colour swatch variant) are accurate, however images may show a different variation of the product.
4.2. All sales are final (no returns, exchanges, refunds).
4.3. Items will be shipped to the address you nominate during check out. Certain items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations.
4.4. Payment for items and any applicable shipping costs must be made via shop.amansanti.com. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Any such charges are the Amansanti's responsibility.
GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL DISCOUNTED SALES
5. Misuse of Discount
5.1. Items purchased under these terms and conditions are strictly for personal use of the Amansanti and while it is acceptable to gift purchased items to family and friends it is strictly prohibited for Amansantis, or the recipients of items gifted by the Amansanti, to re-sell or otherwise profit from the items.
5.2. Any misuse of the benefits set out in these terms and conditions, including sharing of discount codes or site access credentials or purchasing items for re-sale, will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
5.3. Aman Essentials reserves the right to audit purchases and investigate any suspicious activity.
6. Benefit Changes
6.1. Aman Essentials reserves the right to modify or terminate the benefits set out in this document at any time without prior notice.
7. Agreement to Terms
7.1. By making purchases using the benefits set out in these terms and conditions, Amansantis agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
7.2. Continued use of the benefits constitutes acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions.
